888 Friends — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
888 Friends collects essential information required to provide our social dashboard and AI services:
- Account Credentials: Email address and authentication UID via Firebase Authentication.
- Profile & Financial Records: Name, avatar, friend connections, events, tasks, medicine reminders, expense splits, and voluntary IBAN/bank information.
- Voice & Media Processing: Spoken audio and uploaded images are processed temporarily via secure Cloud Functions when you explicitly invoke the AI Assistant.
- Subscription & Usage Data: Entitlement status, RevenueCat identifiers, and monthly AI usage counts.
2. How Information Is Processed & Shared
We do not sell your personal data. We utilize trusted infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service:
- Google Firebase: Cloud data storage, database rules enforcement, and serverless Cloud Functions.
- Google Gemini AI: Server-side processing of voice and image parsing prompts. Prompts are not used to train public models.
- RevenueCat & Payment Gateways: Subscription entitlement lifecycle management for App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat Web Billing. Payment card details are handled directly by payment providers and never stored on 888 Friends servers.
- Google AdMob: Non-personalized advertising for Free tier users on native iOS and Android builds. You can manage UMP Ad Privacy choices at any time in App Settings.
3. Data Protection & Security
All client-server communication is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Database access is strictly governed by server-enforced Firestore Security Rules. Sensitive entitlement and AI quota fields are server-owned and protected from unauthorized modification.
4. Account Deletion & Rights
You may request full deletion of your account and all associated profile records directly within App Settings or by contacting us at privacy@888friends.com.
